Our two lakeside cottages, two vacation homes and two luxury suites are a delight for all seasons. Wireless net access. Indoor wood burning fireplaces are seasonal. Terrace and outdoor bonfire sites year 'round with innkeepers permission. All accommodations are smoke free.

Nestled lakeside, these secluded hide-aways offer the utmost in peace and comfort, just barefoot steps away from our sandy beach, screened gazebo and rowboat all your own.

Family Reunion Retreats

You may reserve Sans Souci for your reunion or special event either as a full or partial property rental, depending on your needs, the size of your party, and the season of your event. Ideal for groups or family gatherings, Sans Souci offers the utmost in privacy, where each member of your party will be assured a comfortable bed and private bath, as well as all the space to roam, play and just be together.

Sans Souci can sleep roughly twenty with some additional space for children. Our accommodations, in the form of getaway suites, family homes and lakeside cottages, all boast king size beds, wood burning fireplaces, gas grills, private baths and whirlpool tubs, entertainment systems, and some have fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryers.

Wedding Retreats

Sans Souci offers outdoor, lakeside weddings in May, June, late August, September and October. The entirety of our fifty- acre nature retreat and private lake is yours to enjoy with your closest family and friends, with all accommodations included in the package. All too often weddings zoom by in a blur of activity so staggering that it is over before you have had the chance to relax and enjoy. We offer each of your guests the utmost in privacy, where all will be assured a comfortable bed and private bath. We have a two-night minimum stay requirement on weekends.

Relaxing and Outdoor Retreats

A sandy beach slopes gently into Lake Sans Souci, inviting for a quiet swim, or bring your tackle box to supplement dinner on the grill with fresh pan fish. In a mile-stroll around the lake a lonesome wanderer will pass our private vineyard, the Galien River Valley, whispering pines and vast wildflower meadows. Discover hammocks in hidden places, or a rocking chair in the terrace. Either might tempt you to get that book and return for some good old-fashioned relaxation. Think no less of a winter-wonderland when the trails invite for skiing and the lake for skating and ice fishing.

Scrapbooking Retreats

The Wintergarden with surround windows and special lighting and table arrangements is the place to create your art work. We open one or two homes with fully equipped kitchens. You may bring your food, cook yourself, cater in or eat out in one of the many restaurants only a few miles away. The Wintergarden is a glassed-in veranda ideal for up to seven ladies to work.
